Dumbarton North Community Council are a voluntary organisation consisting of residents from the community within Bellsmyre. The community council meet in the Longcrags Centre on a monthly basis, with the aim of improving amenities, housing, appearance etc and generally try to make Bellsmyre a better and desirable place to live.

Job Opportunity for Project Officer
Bellsmyre Digital Community are currently looking to recruit
a Project officer. The successful
applicant will lead the development of key initiatives identified within
Bellsmyre Digital Community consistent with our aims and objectives. Key accountabilities will be:
Enable Bellsmyre Digital Community meet its aims and
objectives by liaising with other agencies, projects etc.
Identify and make applications to appropriate funders to
sustain and promote BDC’s activities.
Identify and organise training within the community and
linking to education and employment opportunities.
Assist with the development and maintenance of BDC website.

October 2011.
